Shipping Policy

At TeeHonestly, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping — 3–7 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. TeeHonestly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TeeHonestly is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@teehonestly.store and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TeeHonestly is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@teehonestly.store — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
