At TeeHonestly, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@teehonestly.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@teehonestly.store within 14 days of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover all costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear or washing.
